Annie Mist Thorisdottir, from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She also trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie is the very first woman to have ever won two CrossFit Games. The CrossFit Games were her second place CrossFit Games in 2010 and the 2014 edition. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit weightlifter athlete and media celebrity. The media acclaim she earned came from her becoming the first female to win taken home the two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012 In 2013, as well as 2017 she took home her first Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was raised in Reykjavik, Iceland along with her parents and siblings. From the age of a child, she has been a sport and fitness enthusiast. In the following year she was a participant at CrossFit Games and won them due to her impressive performance. She was the first woman ever to win CrossFit Games. In 2012 Annie also won in the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and was the first female athlete who has won two CrossFit Games consecutively. In addition, in 2014 she took home a silver award as well as in 2021, she was awarded the bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie works as a trainer and coach for Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her idea. In the last few years, as an athlete Annie is a model of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae and many other brands. The self-titled Youtube page boasts over 1,000 users, posting videos of her family, travel and other topics and training-related diets.
